Full Priced Items
You may return any full priced shoes to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The shoes MUST be unused/unworn and be in their original, undamaged packaging. Unfortunately if they are not, we will not be able to accept the return.
For accepted returns, you will be able to EXCHANGE for a new pair, receive a REFUND or receive an ONLINE CREDIT.
*Please note shipping will not be refunded, and the returned shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
*International buyers are eligible for a refund or online credit only
Sale Items
Any discounted shoes will not be accepted for a REFUND/EXCHANGE/RETURN. Please choose wisely when purchasing any of our discounted shoes.
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any damaged/used returns.
